Sara is a warm, grounded therapist who possesses a deep care and respect for all people and their journeys. She believes therapy is a powerful tool to shed light on the parts of ourselves we have been previously unaware of, so we can come into greater balance and wholeness. Sara embodies empathy, and encourages her clients toward self-compassion in the therapy room and beyond.
Sara has a passion for working with women and men of color, especially Asian women exploring therapy for the first time. Sara is committed to demystifying the therapy process and inviting people from all cultures to find the healing they seek.
Sara earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology at Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. She focused her extracurricular training in childhood development and childhood trauma.
